Please, have in mind that deleting your account will affect all Fit2one. You have only one account on Fit2one and it is not possible to delete it partially. So if you delete your account, you wonâ€™t have access to all the products anymore, and youâ€™ll lose all your progresses, trainings, etc. information.

In general, physical activity has a positive effect on many pathologies, as a good physical condition, as in any other person, has beneficial effects for the functioning of our organisms.
Fit2one includes the possibility of selecting within its training programs and scopes a special attention to pathologies like arterial hypertension, osteoporosis, diabetes type II, obesity, cholesterol and/or triglycerides excess, backaches, metabolic syndrome, EPOC, multiple sclerosis or fibromyalgia.
These programs have been supervised by a professional medical team, however, Fit2one is not a medical organization and you must not only trust this orientation and information instead previously consulting your doctor. The only person that can tell you if Fit2one is appropriate for you is your doctor. These programs do not replace your doctor advise, diagnosis or treatment.
Even if your doctor gives you green light to train with Fit2one, we recommend you to never train alone, as if an emergency occurs, your partners will be able to help you quickly.
Fit2one also gives you the chance of doing your training sessions outside, however your health is very important for us, so we want to warn you that you must not train outside with extreme temperatures, both in the summer and the winter. High temperatures and direct solar light can cause you serious circulatory issues, sunstrokes or other health problems. Some symptoms are nauseas, dizziness, headache, cramps and even lack of coordination and loss of consciousness. When weâ€™re exposed to the extreme hot, the tension on the body is so high that it is not able to use the stimulations of the training to turn them into benefits. So when the temperatures are high in the summer, choose inside places or the morning hours or in the evening to do your training session, especially in the early morning, when the air is fresher and more pure. Donâ€™t forget about drinking a liter of water by day, either if you exercise or if you donâ€™t.
But even during the winter one has to be careful: you should not train with extreme cold on the street, with temperatures under zero degrees. The very cold air unchains sort of inflammatory stimulus in the respiratory organs that make them very vulnerable to any kind of infections, even pneumonia. If you notice pain or coughing when youâ€™re breathing, it is a secure signal that your respiratory tract is not tolerating the cold. In that case, you should not exercise outside under any circumstances. Besides the freezing risk (on the face, for example) or hypothermia increases significantly. If you can, during the winter, exercise at noon. Besides it is the warmest moment of the day, it is also the best moment for you to take the sunlight. This stimulates the production of vitamin D, which is very difficult during the winter. And this will put you in a better mood!
Thatâ€™s a very individual question and we canâ€™t give a general answer. Is you who has to discover when is better for you to train. It depends a lot of your metabolism and your lifestyle. Try to train at different hours and see when you get the best results.
Drugs consumption should be avoided by all athletes (both on Fit2one as any other), but we want to make it clear.
The one who has taken drugs the same day or days before training is exposed to an endless risk. The training has a huge impact on the body: the nervous system, the hormones, the heart, the blood circulation, the metabolism and the muscles that work at full capacity, so the body is very sensitive. Drugs can affect massively the processes that are being carried out, and even reverse them and cause fake reactions. Some of the known consequences that have training under drugsâ€™ influence are the following: cramps, dehydration, high cardiac frequency or strokes, breaking of the striated muscles or renal failure, alteration on the pain perception and the motor skills (that can cause injuries), lack of coordination, wrong sending or loss of impulses.
In addition you should avoid taking medication and substances that have stimulating effects and that increases the mileage. Besides they can be very addictive, it is known very little about their real effect, which represents an endless risk. In particular, all these substances do not give much information about their ingredients and even hide it. The main dangers are the hormonal system alteration, heart frequency, nervous activity, etc.
Psychological effects, duration and time of elimination of the drugs or substances that accelerate the mileage are unpredictable, so days or weeks after their consumption still can be found remains of them in the body, and the mentioned effects can appear during a long period. Donâ€™t forget that the most of these substances are very toxic and that simply, for that reason, they should not be in an athleteâ€™s body. Fit2one and drugs are the biggest contradiction that can exist. It would not have to be difficult for you to choose the right thing.
Trainings established by Fit2one are not appropriate for pregnant women, no matter in what phase they are. The techniques, the cardiac frequency and the intensity represent an immeasurable risk for the mother and the child; besides that, when the belly have a certain size, it is impossible to do certain movements.
After pregnancy, you should not start with Fit2one until consulting with your doctor, as the pelvic floor, the abdominal muscles and the articulations have to recover first. The time that should pass after the pregnancy before starting again has to be determined by a specialist.
If youâ€™re constipated, you have the flu or any other disease, you must quit on training. When the immunologic system is weak, the positive effects of the training become negative. The risk of suffering an inflammation of the cardiac muscle increases significantly. Be especially careful with diseases that cause fever, we ask you to consult with your doctor, he will tell you how much time you must rest.
The overtraining is the consequence of training continuously and too much and/or with a very high intensity with insufficient recovery periods, too short and/or too scarce. The stress factors that affect other aspects of the life contribute to the development of overtraining. Even if there is no a unique diagnosis, the overtraining is classified in general as a physical decay. It is a bad functioning of the nervous and hormonal systems that is showed by extreme fatigue, headache, problems to sleep and concentrate, very high heart frequencies or very low and bad mileage. If you think you can be presenting overtraining, it is important to take a pause and immediately go to your doctor.
The only way of prevent these symptoms is to take regular pauses to recover. To sleep well and enough time and to have a balanced diet, rich in vitamins and minerals that are two main factors.
So allow you to relax and to take brief pauses constantly instead of taking one long pause. If you donâ€™t take enough time to recover, you take the risk of overtraining. So, the dangers are (besides the mentioned symptoms) fatigue, fractures, injuries and a high probability to contract infections.
