Our #Fit2Real of the week is Manu Castells of La Gomera, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Manu FIT2ONE discovered in early 2016 and in just a few months managed to finish all season MTB in positions that had not reached and be Finisher in the hard race MTB FUDENAS 2016!

1) How long have you trained with FIT2ONE and what program have you used?
I have been training with FIT2ONE approximately from January to July (when the season ended) this year. My goal was to strengthen my body to enjoy more mountain bike and also go faster (especially on the climbs)
2) What is your story FIT2ONE?
I met some friends who used FIT2ONE for some time to plan their workouts and seeing the results they achieved, I decided to take the step and use it too.
I had long wanted to follow an effective program and from January I started with the workouts. It was improving my physical condition, quite fast, following each and every one of the indications with FIT2ONE.
3) Why is FIT2ONE a good choice for you?
Because FIT2ONE adapts perfectly to what I want or can, according to the time that I have for my work.
4) What have you gained by using FIT2ONE?
Well there have been many improvements I have noticed with FIT2ONE workouts, to begin with and perhaps as a first premise for me, a continuous back pain that I had for an earlier injury disappeared, that has certainly been the best. And thanks to the improvement of my physical condition, in races this year I finished in positions that I had never reached.
In July I finished the MTB season and stopped almost completely, I say this because thanks to the base I got during those months, in September I did a Trail Running race and I could finish it without problem, and also a few days ago I was Finisher of FUDENAS 158 Km of MTB.
5) What advice or advice would you give to those starting with FIT2ONE?
The only thing I can say to those who have not tried it, take the step with FIT2ONE and see the results in first person. Those who continue already know what I am talking about and I am sure they continue to enjoy it. For me it is the best way to reach and exceed my goals.
