Today we are sharing the success story FIT2ONE from Guacimara (Guaci) Guillén from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
With the help of FIT2ONE and his workouts, Guaci worked hard and lost over a year around 53 pounds! He has also become a more active person and has greatly improved his nutrition.

1) How long have you trained with FIT2ONE and what program have you used?
One year … the goal was clear: weight loss and improve my overall fitness.
2) What is your FIT2ONE story?
I have a friend who trains with FIT2ONE, he told me his experience and without thinking I enter the web and register. I was tired of going to the gym and despite the effort did not get results in the short term, little motivation and even got bored to always do the same. I was clear that I wanted to evolve and hearing the experience of this person I realized that the training that was part of being misdirected, were obsolete and that if I continued, sooner or later I could even injure myself and not get the desired results.
3) Why is FIT2ONE a good choice for you?
Efficiency and effectiveness. When I started training with the FIT2ONE program, not only did I feel better physically but in a short time I was perceiving the results, and that is very important for me, because I have felt very motivated watching the fruit of work besides feeling safe safeguarding me of possible injuries.
4) What have you gained through the use of FIT2ONE?
Buff! I think the picture above says almost everything. It has totally changed my life, I feel very motivated from the beginning and now much more. I have achieved what I wanted, as I said above improve in all aspects. I have changed my lifestyle, both in habits and in my way of life, I enjoy the sport and I know that everything I do has fruit, this is very important for me. I have learned to be disciplined, to control, to be constant, I have reinforced my self-esteem and of course I feel very healthy.
5) What advice would you give to those starting or continuing with FIT2ONE?
My advice is that if you want to change to better, bet on FIT2ONE. I was looking for results and now I know bet safe.
