1) How long have you trained with FIT2ONE and what program you use?
I’ve been training with FIT2ONE 8 months, mainly I use the program for MTB (Mountain Bike). I started with the aim to optimize my training time to make the most of.
2) What is your story FIT2ONE?
I first met FIT2ONE by my colleagues Descendin MTB cycling team. They took much longer than I MTB training and also made it more intensely. However, since they started using FIT2ONE their improvement is appreciated every day, so I also decided to use it. I myself have also noticed that improvement in each race.
3) Why FIT2ONE is a good choice for you?
Because fits my spare time, managing my hours of training and workload in relation to my work and family life without compromising progress in my physical form. It also offers me an extra motivation that I do not get training on my own.
4) What have you gained by using FIT2ONE?
See and know the results of a scheduled workout well, with their loads and phases of work and realize that everything is not “burning”, lol.
5) What advice or advice would you give to those who start or continue with FIT2ONE?
Well I’m not much advice to give, but I can say that the most important training is consistency and if you meet the training methodically FIT2ONE really good results without any doubt.
