Our #Fit2Real of the week is Bruno Gutiérrez from Spain. An amateur MTB cyclist who in a very short time and with much effort, responsibility and coherence faced the tough hard MTB Hoya del Abade race in Tenerife.

1) How long have you trained with FIT2ONE and what program have you used?

I trained for 4 months of this year 2016. My main objective was the IV MTB Hoya del Abade race in Tenerife. I started with the objective of being able to obtain the best possible result in that period of time.

 

2) What is your FIT2ONE story?

Thanks to a friend who has been training for a long time with FIT2ONE, I decided, due to my limited free time, to do a personalized training in order to improve my physical capacity, performance and above all my recovery after the training sessions.

Seeing that several components of my team used their system and were physically and mentally well, I chose to try a time out of curiosity, to see how far I could go in my body, being totally satisfied.

 

3) Why is FIT2ONE a good choice for you?

The training is ideal, adapted to my schedule and my days off, being able to do it at home comfortably. It is very specific and focuses on the date of competition and the objectives to be achieved.

It has real videos as support, which I can consult at any time and, in case of any doubt, I see the correct way to perform the exercises and movements.

 

4) What have you gained by using FIT2ONE?

Improve my physical condition, my performance and above all strengthen areas where I had discomfort, for daily work. During the training period I noticed a great improvement in vitality and energy, in addition to the regenerations and stretching disappeared jerks, pains, cramps, … you learn to work your body properly.

In addition I obtained the 3rd position of the General and 3rd position Master 30 in the distance 30 km of IV MTB Hoya del Abade.

 

5) What advice or advice would you give to those starting or continuing with FIT2ONE?

That they try and value, in a short time they will feel better training and they will obtain the expected results always guided by professionals. My experience has been totally satisfying and when it’s all benefits do not think about changing, just follow.
