Our #Fit2Real of the week is Belén Diaz-Agero of Spain. In 2012, Belén realized it was time to take control over planning your workouts and began his journey FIT2ONE hand. As we know, proper planning and customized training plan go hand in hand for sports improvements and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With her efforts, she has improved her fitness, running rhythms and enjoy more of their sport every day!

  1. How long have you worked with Fit2one and program you used?

I was training with FIT2ONE over the past four years, I followed specific programs to Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultramarathon mountain, which is what I love.

 

  1. What is your story Fit2one?

I met FIT2ONE through a good friend, Begoña Govea, at that time were my beginnings in racing and needed a system that would guide my professional preparation, so I put in the hands of FIT2ONE achieving progressively improve my physical condition.

 

  1. Why Fit2one a good choice for you?

These are programs that are well suited to my time and my goals, and working very balanced way with specific exercises easy to carry out thanks to the videos that you have.

 

  1. What have you gained by using Fit2one?

Thanks to a well structured workouts with strength training, core, plyometrics, stretching, etc. I feel stronger, less resilient and injured me, and what is most important to me, makes you enjoy the race twice, feeling more secure and confident.

 

  1. What tips or advice would you give to those who start or continue training with Fit2one?

Fully trust the good work and professionalism of FIT2ONE, follow their programs constantly and will soon see the results.

I particularly need to follow a training plan because I want to continue running for a long time avoiding injuries and what better way to do it with me FIT2ONE that has so carefully.
