Our # Fit2Real of the week is Begoña Govea of Spain. An athlete dedicated to racing Trail, I train with FIT2ONE! Not a single training session was lost in its preparations and has achieved great sporting success.

1. How long have you worked with FIT2ONE and program you used?

I’ve been training with Fit2one for about three or four years. Using its sports programs, specifically those developed for Half Marathon and Marathon, I also participated in Trail, Duathlon and Triathlon. It was all established sessions, work force, core, strength, etc.

2. What is your story FIT2ONE?

I met FIT2ONE through the gym that came. I incorporated their programs and workouts to my training routine, helping me to strengthen my muscle mass, prevent injuries, winning both strength and cardiovascular capacity.
