Next November 4 “100 Meters” will be released, a film full of great feelings. Tells the story of Ramón Arroyo, the man who set out to complete a long distance triathlon -the test known as ‘ Ironman‘- to combat physical and psychological decay product of relapsing multiple sclerosis was diagnosed with 32 years.
The film’s title, ‘100 meters‘, refers to the response that Arroyo received a doctor when he asked whether this disease would be able to exercise. “You will not be able to run or 100 meters,” he said. But in the competition Challenge Barcelona-Maresme 2013 did more than that: 3,800 meters open water swimming, 180km cycling and, as a final torture, 42 kilometers and 195 meters from a marathon.
Arroyo history reached a remarkable popularity after being told and shared. Now, the ambitious production of Filmax only make something greater the legendary aura around this fighter.
